Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. In just one year she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting new goals every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her degree from college. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than happy of the result. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel's top body part to train includes her lower back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
